The short, relaxed format: open bar from 6 pm, charcuterie and aged cheese boards, home-made focaccia, games to help yourselves to. No compulsory speeches, no seating plan.

The full-scale format: dinner cocktail or seated dinner, karaoke, activities, a welcome speech at the microphone. Optional extension until 1 or 2 am.

Monday to Friday, the whole house hired exclusively in both cases. Switching from one to the other is a single line on the quote. You describe the spirit, we set the tempo.

The whole house for your party
One event at a time: whether you're 20 or 150 guests, the whole house is yours, from the glass roof to the lower ground floor. Nobody else that night.

Steel frame, skylight glass roof, natural light. This is where your plenary, your dinner or your cocktail takes place.
Bar, banquettes, vintage motorcycles. The welcome coffee, the break between two sessions, the VIP reception, the after-work drinks that run late.
A workshop for fifteen or so, a breakout session, or the F1 simulator, virtual reality and karaoke once night falls.
Eight around the microphones for an interview, an event podcast or a talk ready to share the very next day. Doubles as a breakout room.
Set apart from the rest of the house, by the entrance. Speaker welcome, cloakroom, personal belongings. Dedicated host on request.
Beneath its stone vault, this welcome area is fitted with a smoke-extraction system, so your guests can take a break under cover, without stepping out onto the street or braving the weather.

Wireless microphone, projection screen, intro video. You take the floor, the team handles the transition.

12 savoury and 4 sweet pieces of your choice. Or a three-course seated dinner, depending on your format.

The F1 simulator warms up, the karaoke takes off, the photo booth keeps snapping. The party is in full swing.

Across 350 m², we can run 3 to 4 activities in parallel: F1 and karaoke on the lower ground floor, photo booth in The Lounge, pinball and pétanque in La Verrière. We adapt to your headcount and your scenario.
The standard format runs until 11 pm. We can extend on request until 1 or 2 am, with dedicated security. Ideal for launch parties, year-end celebrations and company anniversaries.
Yes. Video mapping, floral staging, colour scheme, branded signage, photo booth in your brand colours. We adapt the house to your image, or we take the brief from your agency if you have one.
Yes, Monday to Friday. The after-work remains a short format (6 pm → 10 pm), quick to organise and budget-friendly. After 10 pm, we switch to the party format, until 1 or 2 am on request.
The “dinner” format is better covered by our Seated lunch or dinner offer (up to 30 covers, table service). For 30 to 80 guests with partial seating, we set up a dinner cocktail with high tables and a few banquettes. That's our hybrid format.
No, and that's deliberate. La Fabrique Générale is only ever hired exclusively, for one event at a time. Whether you're 20 or 150, the whole house is yours: the glass-roofed hall, the lounge, the lower ground floor, the lodge. The rate is per guest and all inclusive. So there's no such thing as “hiring just a room”.
Not at all. Many of our after-works bring together 20 to 30 people. The house is yours, and we scale the evening to suit: the lounge for drinks, the glass-roofed hall for the boards, the lower ground floor for karaoke.
