350 m² (3,750 sq ft) of character in the heart of the 17th, hired exclusively for one event at a time. Workshop glass roof, mezzanine, vintage motorcycles and a cabinet of curiosities. Welcome your guests without a thought for the organisation. We handle everything, from the first coffee to the last drink.

Here, you eat

Everything we serve is home-made, cooked on site with seasonal produce. Aperitifs and dinners designed for sharing: boards of exceptional cheeses and charcuterie, home-made focaccia, top-end olive oils, home-made guacamole and hummus.
Honest, bold flavours, lifted by produce carefully sourced from artisans we trust: our baker is three streets away, our cheesemonger matures selections just for us and our market gardener delivers fresh seasonal produce.
All paired with a wine list chosen with the same care, so every moment leaves a lasting memory.

Artisan pastries, coffee from a Parisian roaster, freshly pressed juices.
Seated meal
Plated service, starters, mains and desserts. Tables laid to match your decor.
Standing cocktail and buffet
2 starters, 2 mains and 2 desserts, passed on trays and laid out as a buffet. Alcoholic and soft drinks. Live cooking station in front of your guests.
After-work drinks
Boards of charcuterie and cheeses cut to order, home-made vegetarian spreads, an olive oil tasting and one of the best focaccias in Paris.

Before the Fabrique,
this was a ruin.
A former mirror workshop, then years of silence. It took months of building work to bring the glass roof back to life, uncover the brickwork and preserve the soul of the place rather than erase it.
