Sample programme
This schedule is a guide. It's what we coordinate most often for sales kick-offs, strategy plenaries and training days. Everything can be tailored: timings, sequence, formats, activities, headcount. We rewrite it with you.
Specialty coffee, artisan pastries, freshly pressed juices, sparkling water.
In The Lounge
AV set up, wireless mics tested, projectors on. You take the mic, everything is ready.
Under the glass roof
Coffee, tea, fresh fruit and sparkling water, a short pause before you pick up again.
In The Lounge
Under the glass roof or spread across the house, lounge and lower ground floor, depending on group sizes. Key sessions can be filmed.
Under the glass roof or spread across the house
2 starters, 2 mains, 2 desserts. Table service, every dietary alternative at no extra charge.
In La Verrière
The room is reconfigured in 10 minutes between two formats. You switch mode, we adapt.
Glass roof or lower ground floor
Hot drinks, fruit, home-made pastries. A boost before the final session.
In The Lounge
The day wraps up, with the option of rolling straight into a cocktail with a spritz bar and boards of regional produce.
La Verrière · optional cocktail
Home-made, cooked on site
The day starts with a generous breakfast: coffee, tea, fruit juices and a selection of home-made pastries, chouquettes, croissants, pains au chocolat and pains aux raisins.
At midday, a home-made, seasonal and generous lunch, with a vegetarian alternative. Starter, main and dessert each come as a choice of two suggestions, served in verrines or plated depending on the recipe.
And throughout the day, coffee, tea and soft drinks are served freely to keep your working sessions and breaks going.
Every dietary requirement
Vegetarian · Halal · Kosher · Gluten-free · Vegan: on request, and prepared with the same care as everything else.

The whole house for your day
One event at a time: whether you're 20 or 60 participants, the whole house is yours, from the glass roof to the lower ground floor. You'll never cross paths with another group.
350 m² · 2 floors · 17th arrondissement · Paris
Steel frame, skylight glass roof, natural light. This is where your plenary, your dinner or your cocktail takes place.
Bar, banquettes, vintage motorcycles. The welcome coffee, the break between two sessions, the VIP reception, the after-work drinks that run late.
A workshop for fifteen or so, a breakout session, or the F1 simulator, virtual reality and karaoke once night falls.
Eight around the microphones for an interview, an event podcast or a talk ready to share the very next day. Doubles as a breakout room.

Set apart from the rest of the house, by the entrance. Speaker welcome, cloakroom, personal belongings. Dedicated host on request.
Beneath its stone vault, this welcome area is fitted with a smoke-extraction system, so your guests can take a break under cover, without stepping out onto the street or braving the weather.
All inclusive
AV crew, projectors, sound system, microphones, coffee, lunch, team. What you read in the quote is what gets delivered. No "from".

Your questions
Ten minutes. Our team switches from a theatre-style plenary to a lunch while you're on a break. The furniture is designed for it: stackable chairs, modular tables, magnetic signage.
Dedicated business fibre, 1 Gbit/s symmetrical. We've already handled 120 people on video calls plus a simultaneous outbound stream. If you're planning a heavy demo, we'll lend you a backup Ethernet cable.
Yes. Photographer, speaker, videographer: we coordinate the logistics (briefing, access, consolidated invoicing). You keep a single point of contact, our F&B director.
Yes. Welcome coffee, morning break, three-course lunch, afternoon break: everything is included in the per-person rate. No "from", no hidden premium menu.
No, and that's deliberate. La Fabrique Générale is only ever hired as a whole, for one event at a time. Whether you're 20 or 60 participants, the entire house is yours: glass-roofed hall, lounge, lower ground floor, lodge. The rate is per person and all-inclusive. There is no such thing as "room-only hire" here.
Not at all. Many of our seminars bring together 15 to 30 people. You have the house to yourselves, and we scale the day to suit: U-shaped plenary under the glass roof, workshops on the lower ground floor, lunch at one long table.
