A former mirror workshop dating from the early twentieth century, La Fabrique Générale offers a setting quite unlike any other: a workshop glass roof, the original roof structure, a mezzanine, vintage motorcycles and a cabinet of curiosities.
We only hire out the whole house. On the day of your event, every room is yours, from the glass roof to the lower ground floor, whether you're 20 or 150. Here's what you'll find, room by room.

The whole house,

We only hire out the whole house. Whether you're 20 or 150 guests, the glass-roofed hall, the lounge, the lower ground floor and the lodge are yours, along with the kitchen and the team. Here's the house, room by room.

One house, not five rooms.

Can we hire just La Verrière, or a single room?
No, and that's by design. La Fabrique Générale is hired exclusively, for one event at a time. Whether you're 20 or 150 guests, the whole house is yours: the glass-roofed hall, the lounge, the lower ground floor, the lodge. Pricing is per guest and all-inclusive, so there's no such thing as “room hire only”.

There are only 20 of us. Is that too few?
Not at all. Many of our lunches and after-work drinks bring together 20 to 30 people. The house is yours, and we scale the atmosphere to your group: one long table under the glass roof, the lounge for aperitifs, the lower ground floor for karaoke.

Can you host two events on the same day?
A seated lunch at midday followed by a party in the evening, for two different clients, is possible depending on the calendar: each has the whole house for their slot. Two groups at the same time, though? Never.
